The Home
Hickory Haven is a 68' x 32', 2176 square feet, 3 bedroom, 2 bath manufactured home by Jacobson Homes. There is an attached 68' x 10' frame screened porch in front, finished in matching aluminum siding and with a double staircase for access. The porch flooring is sheet linoleum in a faux European parquet. The extra large master suite includes a walk-in closet and a luxury bath with his and hers lavatories, a garden tub and a separate shower. Two additional spacious bedrooms have sliding door closets and share a generous bath. The laundry room has plenty of space with a washer and dryer as well as shelving and a rear exit. The large living and dinning room are joined with the parlor in an open, great room floor plan with cathedral ceilings and a beautifully detailed fireplace as a focal point. There is plush neutral beige carpeting throughout. Most windows also include custom made draperies in neutral tones. The kitchen is a modern gourmet's dream, with an island range and a convenient eat-in bar. All appliances, range, vent, side-by-side refrigerator with filtration and ice and water in the door, disposal, dishwasher, built-in oven, washer and dryer in laundry room, are Whirlpool and were new when installed with the home in 2002 and are included in the sale.

Direct TV installation is on site. Water is provided from a well. There is power, of course, and a high overhead exterior mercury light illuminates the surrounding yard. Phone service is installed. Waste treatment is a septic tank.

Outbuildings
Adjoining the kitchen door, is a concrete driveway for parking. The driveway is attached to a 40' x 28' concrete slab that was once an enormous garage/work shop and storage building, but that was lost in a fire. The slab has been cleared and pressure washed and is ready for redevelopment. The slab included plumbing for a bathroom with hot water heater and a utility sink, power and access to septic.

Across the yard is a large Smithbuilt shed, wired for power, as well as a 20' x 20' lumber barn with a dirt floor and two large doors.

Acreage
The compound is five acres, MOL, of north Florida forest. Most is in it's unspoiled state, with the compound cleared around the home and outbuildings.

An additional five acres MOL, also with power, well, phone and septic, and including a 12' x 12' frame outbuilding, is also available.
